Human Suffering

I was so wrong
at
Directing anger
towards
People
Who shook my ego.

They were just doing me a favor.

But today I realised,
Not only were they doing me a favor,
But they were also trapped,
In the mess the human condition is.

My heart leaps out to them,
And I wish I could do something to assuage
Their suffering.

But all that comes out is
Silence,
No action.

Maybe Silence will assuage.
