Identity

All I want
Is a
Stable identity.

So that
I can finally say
"I am this" or "I am that"
And live happily ever after.

But it seems
From my life experience
That no identity is actually
Stable.

So then what?
Will I not get to live
Happily ever after?

It seems there's
Something else ---
A state of
"No identity"
I can sense it.

I just need to
Get comfortable
With that state of
"No identity"

No more dreams

No more dreaming
Of wanting to achieve
No more forward movements
Of nervous excitement
Now
If something has to happen
It's only going to happen
From the present moment
As if it's already happened. 

Life

It doesn't make sense
For a long time.

After that,
It starts making sense.

After that,
There's no need to make sense anymore.

After that,
There's no after that.

It's as simple as that.

There is fear

It's a big difference
Between saying,
"There is fear"
vs
"I am afraid"

Because
When you say,
"There is fear"
You are no longer afraid.

Centre of Gravity

As long as your
Centre of Gravity
Is in your head
Your tendency would be
To fragment reality.

The moment your
Centre of Gravity
Shifts to your heart
The one in the center of your chest
(Yes, the metaphorical heart, some'd say)
You will see reality
As is
And love it.

If you're not sure

If you're not sure
Then pause,
Become still.

And if you're still not sure
Then don't do it.

Repeat this philosophy in a loop.
